Igglybuff evolves into Jigglypuff via Friendship. A friendship meter is present in the games and when it maxes out, the Pokémon will evolve. A friendship meter is effected by how well you treat the Pokémon (i.e., letting it faint too much, giving it bitter tasting berries and potions, etc).
Pokémon Gold / Pokémon LeafGreen
It has a very soft body. If it starts to roll, it will bounce all over and be impossible to stop.

Its soft and pliable body is very bouncy. When it sings continuously with all its might, its body steadily turns a deepening pink color.
